22^nd Presidential Induction in 2023

Dr. Susie Perera was inducted as the 22^nd President of the Perinatal Society of Sri Lanka at the induction ceremony held on the 2^nd of February 2023 at Hotel Galadari. The chief guest for the event was Mr. Dhananath Fernando, Chief Executive Officer of Advocata Institute, and the Guest of Honour was Dr. Vinya Ariyaratne, President of the Sri Lanka Medical Association. Dr. Susie Perera, in her presidential address, talked about ‘Collective response for respectful perinatal care through governance, clinical quality and parental understanding’, which is the theme for the year. The occasion was graced by the attendance of Ministry of Health Officials, development Partners, past presidents, council and members of the Perinatal society and other dignitaries, and the family members of the inducting president.
